Shipping policy

Effective Worldwide – Free Shipping on All Orders

At Way2Camp, we’re committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our global customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the time your order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney) will be processed the next business day.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for shipment.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 8–12 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact us at hello@way2camp.com so we can assist.

Delivery Zones

  • We offer international shipping and cover most countries worldwide.
  • To check if your location is eligible, proceed through the checkout process.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
  • This applies to all regions we service.

Our Carrier

  • We currently use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment

Delivery Issues

Delivery Failure:
If a delivery fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., wrong address, unavailability, refusal to accept), the parcel will be returned to Way2Camp. The return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Change of Address:
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@way2camp.com or call us.

Package Inspection:
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and contents before signing. If the package is damaged, refuse the delivery or sign as “Damaged,” then contact us immediately.


Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order takes longer than expected, contact us so we can launch an investigation with the courier.


Order Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped, you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
If it has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for delivery and initiate a return. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


Gift Wrapping

We do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.


Public Holidays

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Deliveries will resume on the next business day.


Tax & Import Fees

We do not charge any additional taxes at checkout. However, for international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
